Assessment with a Personal Trainer

To get that extra motivation and to get a more objective measure of your improvements during the 6 weeks challenge, we offer you two one-to-one consultations with one of our qualified Personal Trainer for £30.

The initial consultation include:

- goal setting and lifestyle questionnaire
- measurement of weight,  thighs and hip circumference and blood pressure 
- a complete body composition analysis: body fat, visceral fat classification, skeletal muscle percentage classification, resting metabolism
- track of your cardiovascular response during the entire class

The final consultation includes:

- measurement of weight,  thighs and hip circumference and blood pressure

- track of your cardiovascular response during the entire class
- comparison of initial and final results and advice for optimum fitness regime for maintenance
